Cancellation is acceptable only before the package leaves our warehouse. Normally your product will be shipped out within 24 hours from payment.
Once order cancelled, you can get your money back to original method of payment in 7-14 business days.
All orders with GoBesin are entitled with 30-day return. You are entitled to request return/exchange within 30 days from your purchase.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The price of the products will be refunded, and the buyer shall bear the shipping cost of return/exchange.

We will process a refund in 3-5 business days only after the item is received and inspected by our warehouse.
The refund amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 7-14 business days.
Transfer charges or bank fees are not included in any refund. If any transfer charges or bank fees are incurred, that would be borne by buyer.
We fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a 1 year warranty starting from the day when the original order was received. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized GoBesin tumbler representative.
The buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty repair.
When sending back the items, the buyer must use the correct address given by seller and a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
GoBesin reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond “normal usage”, as determined by our tumbler professionals.
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received.
The claims must be submitted no later than 3 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The final resolution for defective products is decided on a case-by-case basis.
